The Eight Station : Jesus Consoles the Women of Jerusalem

We adore you, O Christ, and we praise you.
Because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world
Seeing some women on the way who were in great sorrow because of Him, the Lord said, "Do not weep for me...... but for your childern."
Though Jesus' work was just ending, these women's was beginning. Great diligence is required for those who wish to share in God's saving work. The mind must keep to the task. But these poor in spirit will be blessed if they persevere. And the reward for them and those for whom they pray is no less than the kingdom of God!
Our Father
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven,
Give us today our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses as
we forgive those who trespass against us.
Do not lead us to the test, but deliver us from all evil - Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you, blessed are you among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.
Holy Mary Mother of God, Pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. - Amen
Glory Be
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as is was in the beginning is now and ever shall be world without end. - Amen
Have mercy on us O Lord – Have mercy on us
May the souls of the faithful departed through the Mercy of God rest in peace. Amen
